Fueled by an unwavering respect for dogs and a genuine passion for building strong human-canine bonds, Yug Lahiri started Trust The Tail, inspired by his own dog, Sweetie. With hands-on experiences, certifications, and having being mentored by Tara James (Trainer and Founder at Canine Synergy), Yug has developed a deep understanding of dogs. He still continues to deepen his knowledge and grow with every dog he meets.

From a childhood love of dogs to working with top trainers, his journey has been all about learning, evolving, and helping others do the same.

His mission? To empower people to understand their dogs, build trust, and raise  well-balanced companions.

Yug believes that with the right guidance, every dog has the potential to thrive.

When he’s not working with dogs, you’ll probably find him outdoors with his own pack—figuring out who’s walking whom, and always dreaming of a better world for dogs in India.
